Accommodation

The organizing committee will not provide hotel reservations. Participants are responsible for making reservation themselves. The following hotels in the center of Pardubice are recommended:

Approximate exchange rate is:

1USD = 23 CZK, 1EUR = 25 CZK, for current exchange rate see CNB.

Passports and visas

Participants from countries outside of EU need valid passport and in some cases visa. Please contact your local Czech Embassy or consulate for more information on visa policy. In addition, restriction on participation of attendees from particular countries may apply.

Deadlines

31^st January, 2024 - early registration (junior 50 EUR, senior 100 EUR )

24^th March, 2024 - regular registration (200 EUR)
